God Bless America

The 4th of July is one of my favorite Holidays, it commemorates the birth of this GREAT Country! For me, this day embodies family, friends, food, fireworks, and freedom. It is such a privileged to live in America and the freedom we have in this country is a blessing that should never be taken for granted. To the men and women who have and continue to serve this country for our freedom I want to say THANK YOU!!

Another great reason for why 4th of July weekend is so memorable is because of the patriotic outfits ;). Here are a couple of my outfits for this year’s festivities:

These outfits can either be dressed up or down by changing the shoes with some sneakers or the hairstyle to an up-do. I love both outfits because they are so versatile and can be worn to the family BBQ, to a picnic, or to DC to watch the fireworks. PLUS, they display our national pride while being trendy!

This year my family will be taking it easy on July 4th with some Costco fireworks at home. I will be rocking one of my favorite Under Armour T-shirts. Lately, I been gravitating to Under Armour for their patriotic t-shirts compared to other brands (as they have the “Stars and Stripes” Collection). The slogans they use on their t-shirts make me feel proud to be American. For example, these t-shirts my sister-in-law and I wore last year:

The “Land of the Free” and the “Home of the Brave”
(I apologize for the quality photo)

I admire that Under Armour has the UA Freedom which supports our Heroes. It even says on their website “Mission: Support & Inspire the brave Men & Women dedicated to protecting us, every day.” I am proud that they have this campaign for those who fight for the freedom of this nation because too many people do not value our veterans and their sacrifices.

I hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July, and get your patriot spirit on!
