It is never easy to be in front of the camera (especially for me). But I knew, before starting my blog, that photos were an essential part to engaging your viewers. In order to get the right photos, you need to find the right photographer. A photographer who can capture your vision. That is why I choose Diana Bellack to help me materialize my dream for Emily in the Middle! Before my first photo shoot, she asked detailed questions to understand my expectations. She also asked for photos that inspired my blog. She made it her mission to understand and see my vision. Diana was also very easy and enjoyable to work with. She was very clear and communicated well so that I knew exactly what to expect while working with her. She even gave me a list of things to bring and do before the shoot that I didn’t even think of! Throughout shoot, she guided me through each pose while making sure I felt comfortable, and she was transparent with me to make sure I was getting the shots I asked for. After the shoot, Diana did her magic and I got back photos that were even better than I had hoped for! My advice to anyone who is either looking for a photographer or who has a friend taking their photos is to make sure the person behind the lens knows your vision.
A little bit about Diana Bellack and her style~
Diana is a lifestyle and wedding photographer based out of the Northern Virginia area. Her style is natural, fresh, and timeless. She captures life as it is, in both its beauty and chaos. Through out her time as a photographer, her photos have and continue to show the true beauty of this world and people in it! As it says on her page, “I have a special place in my heart for capturing the vitality of children, the true unconditional love between couples and families, and the beautiful surroundings that our God has given us”.
